Title 1 Parent Event Selection and Survey
Parents, please complete the survey and select the events you would like to be offered at our school for you. These events were submitted by you at the Principals Annual Title 1 meeting after last months PTA General meeting. We need to know which are the top events you wish to have that will be available with our Parent Involvement Title 1 funds. These events need to be funded soon or we will lose the money so your prompt response is requested. They will benefit you and your child's education her at Bayside High School. See the attached letter for further details. A prize will be drawn at our PTA meeting in March from the parents who submit the survey.
Thank you,
Your PTA Title 1 Committee

In reality, NO budget funds were spent in purchase or construction of the new sign—it was entirely paid for by student donations.
